The online AAFP Health Plan Grievance Registry is designed to provide AAFP members a method to easily report and view member logged grievances regarding health plans' administrative, coding, contracting, payment and claims processing issues. The information provided will be used to assist the AAFP and state chapters in identifying trends and developing effective policy and advocacy efforts to promote fair health plan practices.
