Family Practice Management routinely publishes practical articles and tools that help family physicians transform their practices. For easy reference, FPM has created a collection of articles on transformation.
The Academy’s Center for Health Information Technology offers resources to help members with all aspects of EHR adoption. A couple of examples:

- The Find a Physician Like Me tool can help you find AAFP members in your area who are using an EHR and are willing to speak with you about their successes and failures .
METRIC is an online coaching tool and guide to practice change. It provides training in clinical performance measurement and includes interventions in the form of process improvement tools. It also qualifies practices for MC-FP Part IV credit.
The Practice Enhancement Forum (PEF) is a two-day program offered throughout the country in collaboration with chapters. It brings office teams together to participate in team development for better patient care; learn coaching techniques for practice change; and acquire and learn to use tools for making change happen in the practice.
