This survey was intended to gather data on commercially available Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. The aim of the survey was to collect product-specific information from AAFP members with an eye to publishing product-specific results in Family Practice Management. An article based on the survey results was published in the October 2005 issue of FPM.
