Official Contest Rules
This contest is valid only for AAFP members who complete the 2010 AAFP News Now Reader Survey. Each contest participant will be allowed only one entry per drawing. The odds of winning will be approximately 1 in 500 and will be subject to the number of responses received. All entries must be received by 6/10/2010.
The prize will be an Apple iPad. The iPad will be mailed to the winner on or about 6/15/2010. The winner's name may be obtained by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to Marketing Research Winners, American Academy of Family Physicians, P.O. Box 11210, Shawnee Mission, KS 66207-1210.
