How Can Pharmacists Prescribe Medications?

(2/19/2008, 3:05 p.m.) -- How can pharmacists prescribe medications unless they are able to take an appropriate history and examine the patient for a diagnosis? In Texas, it's illegal for a physician to prescribe medications without an appropriate medical history and a hands-on evaluation that have been documented. More (Members Only)
