A free poster pack has three posters for your office and a tearpad with 25 sheets you can give patients. The posters and tearpad offer tips for healthy children and families to help them eat healthy, stay active and have quality time together.

The free AIM to Change Toolkit contains several resources for physicians: a primer on encouraging fitness, e.g. physical activity, healthy eating and emotional well-being, and creating an office environment that supports fitness; body mass index measuring tools; a fitness prescription pad; and AIM posters. The toolkit's patient-oriented resources include a fitness assessment tool, a food and activity journal, and health guides.
