If you’re already using an electronic health record system in your practice, take a few moments to help your peers who are considering buying an EHR by filling out the user-satisfaction survey in the February issue of Family Practice Management.
The four-page survey gauges FPs’ satisfaction levels, for example, on functionality, software interfaces (such as lab and pharmacy interoperability), ease of use, cost, implementation, and ongoing service and support.
It should take 20 or 30 minutes to complete the survey in the printed journal or online. A future issue of the journal will report survey results.
