NCSC Elects Delegates, Others

Constituent chapter representatives at the National Conference of Special Constituencies voted for a broad slate of candidates during NCSC's annual meeting here May 5 - 7.

In accordance with an AAFP Bylaws change, NCSC for the first time selected six special constituency delegates and six alternates to the AAFP Congress of Delegates, in addition to electing two new physician alternate delegates. The six special constituency delegates will represent groups including women physicians; minority physicians; physicians interested in gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender issues; international medical graduates; and perhaps other constituencies as they arise. The election results:
