NCSC Elects New Leaders

Constituent chapter representatives at the AAFP National Conference of Special Constituencies elected people to a variety of leadership positions during the NCSC meeting May 4-6 in Kansas City, Mo.

New physician member on the AAFP Board of Directors: Marin Granholm, M.D., of Bethel, Alaska

New physician alternate delegates to the AAFP Congress of Delegates: Chris Lupold, M.D., of Charlottesville, Va., and Ada Stewart, M.D., of Columbia, S.C.

Special constituency alternate delegates to the AAFP Congress: Marcus Alexander, M.D., of Colorado Springs, Colo.; Muhammad Ayub, M.D., of Olympia, Wash.; Diana Ballesteros, M.D., of San Antonio; Christopher Gaynor, M.D., of Seattle; Mohammed Hussain, M.D., of Brooklyn Park, Minn.; and Mary Krueger, D.O., of Fayetteville, N.C. (Note: The special constituency delegates and alternate delegates represent groups including women physicians; minority physicians; gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender physicians; and international medical graduates.)
