AAFP Journal Wins Double Honors

Family Practice Management, a journal published by the AAFP, recently garnered two awards in the American Society of Healthcare Publication Editors 2006 awards competition.

The publication won a silver award in the graphics division's "Best Information Graphics" category for graphs created to illustrate "An EHR User-Satisfaction Survey: Advice From 408 Family Physicians," (PDF file: 7 pages / 225 KB. More about PDFs.) an article that appeared in the October 2005 issue.

An article published in the February 2005 FPM, "How to Select an Electronic Health Record System," (PDF file: 8 pages / 343 KB. More about PDFs.) was selected for a bronze award in the editorial division's "Best How-to Article" category.
