Check for Change
Steps to Checking Improvement
After you have been collecting data for a reasonable period of time, review the data for the measures you have selected to check if there has been improvement.
- If the changes you made in your practice are working, implement them in a larger scale.
- If after reviewing the data, you learn that the goals you had established have not been accomplished, it's time to refine your changes or reject them.
