The Rural Family Medicine Residency of Idaho is an ideal setting for broad scope Family Medicine to be taught and learned. Excellent clinical volumes, including deliveries, coupled with large procedural instruction with such things as endoscopy and colonoscopy will prepare any graduate well for rural practice. The program is only 30 miles west of the main program in Boise and allows all the amenities of a larger city, but the rural life style.
