To offer training of the highest quality, we have a weekly four-hour protected didactic session when all residents are exempt from clinical duties. To provide adequate rest non-resident teams are available on weeknights and weekends to relieve residents of duties on some rotations. Our unique rotation scheduling has received acclaim in national meetings as an efficient model of streamlining curricula. Opportunities exist for electives abroad.
