The Cook County-Loyola-Provident Family Medicine residency is a community based university administered program emphasizing care for underserved populations. It has a proud tradition of service in the African-American and Latino communities reflected in the training, with over 300 Family Medicine graduates. There are special opportunities and faculty expertise in community med, substance abuse, faculty development, geriatrics and women's health.
