A dually-accredited unopposed rural program offering "Educational Excellence in an Exceptional Environment." As the only residency program in the Upper Peninsula, interns and residents work one-on-one with dedicated physicians. Our curriculum includes a one-month rural family medicine rotation at a variety of locations in the upper Peninsula. The utilization of telehealth equipment allows the residents to see patients while at another location. Opportunities for enhanced procedural skills & inpatient training are also available.
