Guthrie is a rare combination of rural FM training supported by a tertiary care center - community-centered with easy access to subspecialists. Strengths include OB, sports med, psychosocial med, practice mgmt and Balint training. Our FM Residents are the only residents on OB and Peds. Sayre is a small-town with easy access to large cities, cultural events, sailing on the Finger Lakes, Nascar and hiking in Watkins Glen, Cornell Campus in Ithaca.
