Lynchburg Family Medicine Residency is a community-based and University of Virginia-affiliated program founded in 1975. It is home to the second busiest ER in Virginia. LFMR mirrors an excellent small group practice model. Lynchburg FM Residency provides excellent medical training, a humane call schedule, a strong behavioral science curriculum and wonderful working relationships with area physicians. We have an internist, pediatrician and PharmD.
