Our program focuses on patient care at the Ghent Family Practice Center, where residents are supervised by faculty with a broad variety of clinical interests including obstetrics. A special feature are the weekly "clinics" for colposcopy, treadmill stress testing, minor surgery and geriatric assessment. Residents who wish to develop teaching skills may teach medical students at the FP center, on the inpatient service and as small group leaders.
