The EveryONE Project™ focuses on the social determinants of health, diversity and inclusion, as well as health equity as a strategic priority for the AAFP. Focus areas include workforce diversity, advocacy, interdisciplinary collaboration and practice education/tools.
At the Global Health Summit, attendees network, learn, and train with current and aspiring global health advocates. They explore opportunities to serve in global health, prepare for experiences in other countries, and broaden clinical knowledge on global health issues.
NCCL is the AAFP’s premier leadership and policy development event for underrepresented constituencies—women, new physicians, international medical graduate, minority, and LGBT physicians. NCCL’s goal is to better acquaint attendees with the AAFP’s policy-making systems, equip them with skills to be a policy advocate and effective leader, connect them with their peers, and fuel their passion to be involved with the AAFP and their chapter.
At the DPC Summit, attendees learn practical skills, and are provided valuable information and resources to help them begin or continue a direct primary care practice.
