True or False? Presumptive Drug Testing
Free Webinar provided by Quest Diagnostics
Drug testing provides the only objective measure by which health care providers gather information regarding patient use or non-use of drugs. Over the years, non-specific and sometimes confusing terms have been utilized to describe analysis performed. In 2015, the American Medical Association defined new Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) standard language to provide intuitive transparency for drug testing procedures.
Through this clinical educational webinar, viewers will learn about the scope, and limitations, of presumptive and definitive drug testing methods. Viewers will gain insight into how to appropriately utilize both presumptive and definitive drug testing, and how to rule out false-positive results.
