Description
Designed to give fellows the experience with critically ill patients and leadership training to excel in rural / frontier hospitals across the PNW. Rotations through the ICU, ER, Anesthesia, IR and truama surgery in Billings, and then function as part of the medical staff at 3 different regional CAH's with a local mentor for support and guidance. Support for research and academic / admin time.
