Description
ChenMed's Fellowship in Transformative Care. The Fellowship in Transformative Care, is an elite, immersive, salaried clinical leadership program preparing physicians for future leadership roles here at ChenMed. We're physician-led, mission driven and we're transforming care for the neediest populations. The Fellowship is a 2-year structured program leading to accelerated career advancement. The customized and individualized program is fully funded at a market rate with a competitive salary. Fellows will complete cross Divisional assignments every 3-4 months, and are 100% field based. ChenMed is currently in 15 states in the US, and in hypergrowth- and assignments will be across the country. Assignments are designed for accelerated, experiential learning with 50-75% clinical work, in this full time position. The admission is a rolling start date, with 10 candidates in the initial cohort.
