    Program Description

We are a rural track stand alone residency accredited by the ACGME and AOA with a thirty year history of training residents. We specifically train our residents to be able to practice the full scope of medicine for the Mountain West Region. We have selective tracks in Operative Obstetrics, geriatrics, global medicine, hospitalist, sports medicine and in Emergency Medicine. Our hospital is the referral hospital for all of central Wyoming. We offer training in Wilderness Medicine. We have an ongoing rotation two times per year in Honduras. Most of the hospitalists and ER doctors here are our graduates. Our benefits also include payment for USMLE 3/COMLEX 3 exam, license, and DEA fees. The community has everything you need for living and training. Wyoming is the outdoor sportman's paradise.
