Program Description
UCSF Fresno FMRP trains its residents full scope family medicine in both the rural and urban settings. Residents have the opportunity to train in various practice sites including a Level 1 trauma center, a local children's hospital, the Veterans Administration of Fresno, and federally qualified health centers, In addition to training our residents in full scope family medicine, program faculty also specialize and provide training in HIV and Hepatitis C management, Sports Medicine, Hospitalist medicine, Wilderness Medicine, Medication Assisted Treatment,, and Point of Care ultrasound.
