Program Description
The residency program in Saginaw is among the oldest in the nation, being the 19th accredited program in the country. Since its inception, over 250 graduates have successfully completed training in the program. Emphasis on quality care and procedural training are several aspects of the program in Saginaw. Our procedure clinic routinely performs between 550-600 office procedures each year. A strong emphasis on communication skills and the doctor-patient relationship reflects our interests in the behavioral sciences and there is ample training in geriatric and chronic disease state management.
