Program Description
At the University of Colorado Family Medicine Residency, we don’t train just one kind of family doctor. We believe that our diversity in thought, people, and experiences will make us better able to meet the health needs of future generations. We offer two unique training tracks where faculty and residents learn from and with each other. Through our intentional recruitment process, we welcome residents from across the country and strive to support their success in clinical practice, academic leadership, community advocacy, and lifelong learning. In an inclusive and welcoming environment, develop well-rounded family doctors who are on the cutting edge of medicine and committed to building healthy communities. Our goal is to train family medicine physicians who redefine the meaning of full scope of care, to include all the services our patients need within our family medicine clinics.
