Program Description
After spending the first seven months working with your peers in the urban program, you will relocate to the rural site in Olean, a community of 13,000 located 77 miles south of Buffalo on the New York/Pennsylvania border. The family medicine center is a state-of-the-art FQHC facility and is located in downtown Olean. Inpatient work is completed at Olean General Hospital, a facility with top–of-the-line amenities, such as the region’s only Chest Pain Center. Our program is a truly dynamic place to practice, grow and learn. Join us as we provide comprehensive health care, with ample opportunity for OB, to the people of the rural southern tier.
