Program Description
Located in South Minneapolis on the Midtown Greenway, our state-of-the-art clinic designed for comprehensive patient care and clinician education is a certified Health and Behavioral Health Care Home. Our team includes care coordinators, psychologists, pharmacists, RNs, a social worker, psychiatrist, and faculty with diverse expertise in research, EBM, adolescent health, LGBTQ+ care, geriatrics, women's health, OMM, and more. UMMC brings excellent teaching cases from around the state to our independent Adult Medicine FM service and collaborative FM Maternal/Newborn service. Highlights: cutting edge clinic, comprehensive women’s health, cultural and transgender care, dedicated procedure clinic.
