    Program Description

    The Ohio State University Family Medicine Residency program has the unique opportunity of allowing our residents to work in an academic environment with a community focus. We have access to some of the most dedicated and recognized specialties and most advanced technology. Because we are part of a medical school, our residents have opportunities to teach and provide education to the next generation of physicians. Our residents successfully join their top choices to practice medicine after graduation, including fellowships if desired. We prepare family physicians to comprehensively care for patients across the life spectrum in addition to being trail blazers and innovators for the future of medicine.
