Program Description
Our current Family Medicine program at the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV has been training residents for over 20 years. Curriculum flexibility and generous elective time lets our residents tailor their training to their own needs. Fellowships in Sport Medicine are also available. Las Vegas provides big city cultural advantages alongside family-friendly neighborhoods in communities located throughout the valley. The city also offers plentiful year-round outdoor recreational opportunities, a million times removed from the dazzling neon of Las Vegas Blvd. Community outreach is important to our residents, from helping others in volunteer and charity clinics, to participating in the Walk With a Doc program. Las Vegas is a diverse and abundant metropolis with something for everyone!
