    Program Description

    Urban hospital-based program at large health network in Indianapolis, Indiana. Dedicated, supportive and nationally recognized faculty. State-of-the-art PCMH clinic with NCQA Level 3 recognition, with fully implemented electronic health record. Diverse underserved patient population. Innovative longitudinal curriculum with increased time in family medicine center starting in intern year. Underserved Care Track started at a partner FQHC in 2016; additional tracks in women's health and sports medicine. Group global health elective to Honduras started in February 2017. New inpatient tower opened in late 2018 for state of the art facilities to serve our patients. Great pay/benefits package. We train family physician leaders of the future!
