Program Description
There isn't a residency organization in the hospital but our residents are organized within the Institute for Family Health and receive benefits and representation through this. We are located in Harlem and are a FQHC whose funding is not through the ACGME but through a THC grant. This gives us more independence than traditional hospital-based residencies. We have a strong emphasis on social justice and our mission is to provide quality health care to our community regardless of insurance or ability to pay.
