    Program Description

    We practice and teach full spectrum Family Medicine training in a stand-alone setting, centered within a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital and a Community and Migrant Health Center serving a large Spanish Speaking population. - Opportunity to train in both urban & rural settings - Full Spectrum Obstetrical Training - IMAT - International Electives / Global Health - GAC - Migrant Outreach & Mobile Medical Unit - Procedure based workshops & POCUS - Social Justice, Diversity & Health Equity - School Based Health Center - Wilderness Medicine & Ski Clinic - Beautiful setting, located just 1 hour from Portland, OR in the heart of the Columbia River Gorge
