    Program Description

    We are a rural training program deeply committed to community health and full-scope family medicine. Located in the northern tip of the Adirondack mountains and bordered by Lake Champlain, our region offers a beautiful, natural backdrop for residents to balance robust training and personal wellness. Our affiliation with the University of Vermont offers residents the best of worlds; a comprehensive, hands-on experience in a community setting paired with the academic resources of a larger institution. We are seeking residents who are passionate about full-scope care and eager to make a difference in the lives of individuals and families in a rural community.
