    Program Description

    Our residency program at Kaiser Permanente San Jose began in July 2018. Our mission is to provide compassionate, patient-centered, team-based care; practice evidence-based, personalized, culturally and socially conscious, full-spectrum family medicine; emphasize physician/patient wellness; and train future innovative physician leaders and educators. We are looking for residents who are interested in joining us on this journey and passionate about family medicine! We have faculty focused on Women's Health, Inpatient Medicine, Sports & Community Medicine and Ultrasound. We have dedicated time to your Professional Development and Wellness. We are looking for a strong class to continue the startup mentality and propel our program forward!
