    Program Description

    The Seneca Family Medicine Residency Program prepares residents to become full-spectrum family physicians equipped to serve rural communities through comprehensive, patient-centered care. Our most distinctive feature is a fully longitudinal three-year curriculum. Rather than traditional block rotations, residents participate in frequent 1–2 week specialty experiences throughout residency, providing earlier and more consistent exposure to all aspects of family medicine while maintaining continuity with patients and faculty. Residents receive broad training in outpatient, inpatient, obstetric, pediatric, geriatric, and procedural medicine, with additional opportunities through elective tracks in Academic Medicine, Sports Medicine, and Women's Health. Our ACGME-accredited program also holds Osteopathic Recognition and welcomes both MD and DO residents.
