Program Description
Our program is built around a clinic-first philosophy that prioritizes continuity of care and the development of real-world outpatient skills. Residents maintain strong, consistent relationships with their patient panels, experiencing the full spectrum of family medicine over time. A defining feature is our unique one-week rotation structure, designed to protect and enhance continuity clinic while allowing focused engagement in each rotation. We utilize a block–longitudinal hybrid model, combining focused rotational experiences with ongoing outpatient continuity, reinforcing learning across settings.
