    Program Description

    As a newer Family Medicine residency program, Southwest Healthcare MEC offers an innovative curriculum provided by engaged, enthusiastic, and accomplished faculty. Key focus areas of training for our program include primary palliative care, creative alternative primary care delivery models, and the business of medicine. We aim to train high quality, compassionate Family Medicine physicians who are business ready for their profession and have developed skills to maintain effective life-work balance to sustain their joy in their future practice of medicine.
