Program Description
Newly accredited Family Medicine Residency Program located in El Paso, Texas. Program size 6/6/6. Mission: The Family Medicine Residency Program at Transmountain envisions a learning environment developing confident, capable, knowledgeable, engaged and productive family physicians with diagnostic expertise, superb communication and counseling skills, broad procedural skills capable of providing evidence based medical care to diverse peoples, resource poor populations as well as city or suburban locations. We seek to alleviate the physician shortage of the El Paso region and surrounding areas and provide a rich border-health and international perspective to residency training.
