    Program Description

    Our Rural Track Program is a 1:2 model, with greater than 50% of the entire 3-year training which occurs in rural training sites. Our urban program partner is UAMS NW Family Medicine Residency, and our PGY1 RTP residents' schedule integrates with the urban PGY1 resident schedules in Fayetteville, AR. The PGY2 and PGY3 RTP residents train in 2 FMPs in Carroll County, AR, and in the critical access hospital in Berryville, AR, Mercy Hospital Berryville. Our RTP residents also rotate in neighboring Madison and Boone counties for required and elective rotations.
