Program Description
As a community-based program we combine the personalized mentorship and hands-on experience of a smaller program with the academic resources, research opportunities, and educational excellence of a major university system. Our residents are never just a number. With only six residents per class, faculty know you personally, invest in your success, and help tailor your training to your individual career goals. Our residents care for a diverse patient population across inpatient, outpatient, obstetric, pediatric, geriatric, and behavioral health settings. Through our partnership with Chestnut Health Systems and our community-focused clinical experiences, residents gain valuable experience caring for underserved and population while developing the skills necessary to become compassionate, well-rounded family physicians.
