Program Description
The Family Medicine Residency’s Goals The Lowell CHC Family Medicine Residency Program is committed to training highly skilled family medicine physicians who: Deliver comprehensive care across all stages of life, with robust inpatient and outpatient training. Develop expertise in serving patients with complex medical and social needs. Provide holistic, patient-centered, and community-engaged care that prioritizes access. Apply evidence-based medicine while individualizing care to meet patient needs. Residents will gain leadership skills that empower them to advocate for their patients and the communities they serve. Our Vision for Residents Residents in the program will: Train in a collaborative, cross-disciplinary environment that mirrors real-world primary care. Learn how to provide care that is tailored to the evolving needs of our patient population. Become part of a growing network of family physicians committed to expanding healthcare access and improving community health outcomes.
