Program Description
Our dedicated faculty bring extensive experience in obstetric care, rural and international medicine, obesity medicine, osteopathic principles and practice, and whole-person, community-based care. We strive not only to treat disease, but also to understand and address the full human condition including mind, body, and spirit. Graduates of our program will be prepared for more than passing their board examinations. They will develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to practice comprehensive family medicine in both inpatient and outpatient settings, whether as part of a healthcare team or in independent practice. With six elective rotations and two track months, residents can tailor their educational experience to their individual interests and career goals. Whether pursuing advanced procedural training, expanding their obstetric experience, or exploring another professional passion, residents have significant opportunities to shape their training.
