    Program Description

    Maple Mountain Vermont Family Medicine Residency will train you to be a successful family physician in rural and underserved areas and be a leader in your community. Most of our training is done at a federally qualified health center and its affiliated critical access hospital providing robust, mentored, continuity family medical care.
