The Annual Chapter Leader Forum (ACLF) is a valuable development opportunity for chapter-elected leaders, aspiring leaders, and chapter staff. ACLF draws more than 200 attendees each year and features sessions created for physician leaders and chapter staff around priority issues in leadership development, policy advocacy, board governance, communications, diversity, equity and inclusion in family medicine, and membership.
To help establish positive change, the National Conference of Constituency Leaders is the AAFP’s premier leadership development event for underrepresented constituencies, including: Women physicians; BIPOC physicians; New physicians; International medical graduate physicians; and LGBTQ+ physicians and members who are supportive of and aligned with the issues faced by these groups.
