It’s a no-brainer sending your chief residents to the AAFP Chief Resident Leadership Development Program. It’s a great investment in the residency program. The skills learned allow the chiefs to handle most of the day-to-day issues that pop up in many programs. Finally, the faculty are seasoned educators and effective mentors who are dedicated to the development of these current and future Family Medicine leaders.
