Build knowledge and proficiency in the newly developed My Neighborhood Health Dashboard and PRAPARE. This 2-part training will support regional associations consortia and primary care health center staff to discuss the use of My Neighborhood Health Dashboard in their communities to develop Community Health Needs Assessments and identify and align on priority community health issues. Also covers the coding component of the work including, PRAPARE to Z Codes and the 2021 E&M coding guidelines.
