Six part online "on-demand" series focusing on geropalliative care: the patient-centered care of frail older adults in their last 2 to 5 years of life. The series will cover what is geropalliative care, frailty, delirium (understanding the importance & prevention), evidence based medical prognostication, and a session on “Why didn't anybody warn us”, which includes a variety of topics for the elderly patient including risk factors for delirium, and use of various tools and metrics.
