The Brief Tobacco Intervention is a technique that you can use to dramatically increase the likelihood that individuals in your care will quit tobacco or vape products. Participants in this training will learn how to address nicotine dependence in Washington DC families by using the Brief Tobacco Intervention, referring patients who are ready to quit to an evidence-based resource such as the DC Tobacco Quitline, and discuss pharmacotherapy options and make appropriate recommendations.
