Human Rights Clinic Training Seminar: Evaluating Immigrant Survivors of Torture and Abuse
This training focuses on assessment and documentation of sequelae of torture and abuse for the purpose of providing expert affidavit and testimony in immigration proceedings. It also teaches participants how to conduct culturally sensitive needs assessments of survivors of torture and abuse and to refer them to appropriate follow-up care. It is designed for those interested in becoming volunteers with HealthRight International's Human Rights Clinic.
